Any one out there got a quick fix or program to free up system resources like memory etc. other than restarting the computer which gets tedious after a while?

Well, first lets get the two terms straight. Yes you can download programs that free up to reorganize memory. I have had questionable results. Sometimes it crashes my machine, while other swear by them. But when it comes to "system resources" there is nothing you can do about it. Mem reorganizers wont help. The ONLY way sadly to recover system resources is to restart.
