DVD-RW wont play in Superdrive A03

I have just burnt a DVD-RW in my my superdrive, but it wont playback in my superdrive only if I open the TS folder in apple dvd player it can play.

If I put the dvd-rw in my Player/recorder it starts op the dvd player and it says now disc! then I tried it on my samsung 709, same problem!

I use Toast 5.1.3 to burn the TS Folder

same problem if i use idvd as a burner?

Did you look at the DVD player list the Samsung 709 does not support DVD-RW playback. Have ever created a DVD video disk on DVD-RW that would playback on your Player? You might want to take the disk you created down to the local Electronic store to see if it will play in another DVD player. I suggest trying a Pioneer Player.

The larger problem is the disc burned by the SuperDrive won't play back in the SuperDrive. What brand of media is this? I bought some inexpensive DVD-RW from Meritline that wouldn't respond in anything but the superdrive (useless). I bought more expensive DVD-RW brand Sony, made in Japan ... and voila .. the disc works on one of three DVD players and plays flawlessly in the superdive.

I think the media used may be the issue here, specifically where the SuperDrive is concerned. The other thing is, as stated before, the settop DVD player doesn't support DVD-RW.

I thing so too, it is the brand of the media that is my problem any way i am out of dvd-r for this weekend, I will buy som TDK DVD-RW tomorrow. an test it. I made a test today, burnt some dvd files on a normal cd-rom " Mr.Platinium it works perfect in my pioneer A03 burner and on my standalone samsung 709 17 minuts materiale it´s ok I thing.
