  1. Hi

I've been converting avi to svcds using TMPG quite succesfully.
However, the vocal audio (human speech) in the movie doesn't
sound too good, especially the high tones. I played the svcds
on my cheap APEX AD-1100W connected to a home theater system
    (Denon).

does anybody encounter the same problem?
or better yet, does anyone know how to fix this?

    thanks

    Search Comp PM
    Vdub
    Select Audio > Full processing
    Select Audio > Conversion > check 44.1Khz
    SAVE WAV

Load into www.goldwave.com and use effects > Volume > Maximize > New rms > 0.2000 (Default)

Also make sure WAV is stereo ( 2 channels shown)
    Also use filters if necessary

Gold wave will also load AVI (Audio) but you need to save it out correctly.
