I’m trying to make a DVD and I captured with Microsoft DV codec and edited with it fine in Premier 6.2. But if I try to export it to an AVI without compression so I can convert it to an mpeg2. I get these weird horizontal lines that show up. Even more when there are flashes of light on screen. If I export to Quick Time I get the same effect too. I tried MyDVD and it allows me to make DVD’s but I can’t import the AVI in to Premier to edit and add effects. Also I can’t import a Premier AVI DV code files (that look great and work) To MyDVD menu.
Any Help
