    everytime I use cdr win to burn a cue file from using dvd2svcd it keeps producing a cda file and not the svcd, anyone know why this is happening??

    If you use a crack or bad serial number, then CDRWin will burn coasters rather than just not work...

    Try using CDRDAO. It can use the Win32 GUI for this called XDuplicator or use VCDEasy (it includes a GUI for CDRDAO as well).
