    I've got the settings to 82 min 59 sec 59 frm in the nero expert settings.
    I used to be able to burn 830 meg VCD's, and now I can't even burn a 799 meg and a 810 SVCD. Any help would be appreciated.[/quote]

    try one of the following:
    1) set your overburn limit higher
    2) make an image and burn image
    3) make an image, mount image with daemon tools, and CD copy
    at least one of the above should work
