ANYONE USING WMV AND WHY?

IS ANYONE USING THE WMV VERY MUCH?

I HAVE RUN ACROSS SOME BUT SEEM TO BE A LOT OF HASSLE TO CONVERT. I DUMPED ALL THE VODEO ONES I HAD AND WILL PROB AVOID THEM IN THE FUTURE UNTIL THERE ARE FASTER WAYS TO CONVERT.

IS ANYONE DOING ANYTHING ELSE WITH THEM??

I tried to use it because it does transitions along with a lot of other editing functions, or claims to, anyway, and Window Movie Maker came with my new computer. It seems to crash every time I try to select a function, no matter how many system restores or reboots I attempt.

I used to use it for internet video streaming but then i switched to quicktime because i got better results and i think quicktime streams better
