Hi guys,
Question for all you who works with chapters on your vcd...
If you play the movie on your stand alone dvd player do you see in which chapter you are on that moment and can you see how much time is left before the movie ends????
Please give me any feedback on this also if you don't see all of these
already thanks........

The only type of chaptering vcds support are entrypoints. When you jump to a chapter you are jumping to a different point on the same video track, and all the dvd player knows is what track your on so it will not tell you that your on, ch5 for example but of course the time display will update everytime you switch to a new chapter.
Different dvd players have different display options. At the very least the dvd player should display the elapsed playtime regardless of where you jump to in the track. Any additional info such as the remaining playtime will depend on your specific dvd player. -
I have a Pioneer DV525 and when it uses PBC, it only states "VCD" while it plays. If I play it without PBC, it displays the time. If there's only one clip with many entrypoints, it only shows it as 1 track. This is normal.
