Ok heres the deal, i want to hook my 2nd pc to my TV, i hope to be able to use this as my entertainment center, to watch Divx/DVD movies, to capture my fav shows, to surf the web and of course to play the odd game... I need a good quality card (SVHS out of course) that provides excellent picture quality... suggestions anyone?
