    Sorry by my wrong English

I have to same problem in windows XP, TMPEnc shows an error due to inexistence of MSVCR70.DLL file in Windows\System32 . I found this file in Windows\System32\URTTemp folder. Copying this file to Windows\System32, my frameserver now works!.

  3. VirtualDub Frameserve & TmpgEnc in XP Works fine

Get the MSVCR70.dll or Copy the MSVCRT.DLL to MSVCR70.dll
    in System32 folder
Run the AuxSetup from virtualdub folder and install the handler
Run the TMPGEncVFPInstall.bat from TmpgEnc folder

  5. I had the same problem here, and downloading and installing the .dll solved it.

That should be in TMPGEnc's documentation!

It is an VD issue, that's why is not in the TMPG dokumentation. Check the knowledge base of http://www.virtualdub.org
