Hi there,
unfortunately I can't make my Pentium 4 1GHz CPU to work with version 2.64 of the Cinema Craft Encoder (Trial).
Everytime I start the encoding process by pressing the Encode button the status window appears ... and that's it. The windows stays frozen, no progress is visible. There's no change in CPU performance or file output as well.
I tried the same input and config file an another machine (P3 1 GHz): works fine.
Relating to the CCE website this version of the encoder is explicitly supposed to work with a P4...!??! (CCE 2.5 IS working with my CPU!)
Has anybody got an idea about this?
Marco

Well, I didn't try the CCE 2.64, but I tried CCE2.62SP with Flask on my P4 1.4GB computer. Somehow, I don't like speed and qulity so I back on CCE 2.50SP. It works better and faster for me (at least).
It only takes 3 1/2 ~ 4 hours for converting 2 hours DVD movies..
