  1. Hi,
I have a movie which according to VirtualDub is a 576 x 304, 23.976 fps. I have tried to convert this to MPG for VCD burning, but when I try NTSC or NTSCfilm after I convert it, when I try and burn it , it comes up telling me that it is the 'wrong format'. As far as I can tell 576 x 304 is completely unknown picture size.
Has anyone any ideas what I can do?

    Thanks and regards

  2. During the encode you have to resize the file to 352 x 240. Since your file is in a widescreen format, the resulting 352x240 will be letter boxed. Since you didn't say which program you use to encode, I can't tell you the best way of going about doing that.

  3. Sorry DrC,
I use TMPGenc usually to break an AVI into 2 Mpg files. Does that help? I would be quite happy using another method is necessary. Just let me know...

    Thanks.
