Ok, here's the deal. I have a DVD rip of Interview with the Vampire that I want to convert to VCD. I do not mind using 2 cds, and the movie is exactly 2 hrs 2 mins 28 secs long. And I wanna convert it to NTSC-Film.
Now, can someone PLZ suggest settings, for the given information, that would result in a nice looking VCD?? Oh yeah, suggest XVCD settings too, those are fine.
Thanks in advance.

If you're not wanting to go over 2cd's.....I would suggest that the standard/default VCD settings within Tmpgenc would suffice?
This is considering the length of the movie which would fill 2 CD's with little room to spare, so you'd have to up your CD count if you went with XVCD format.....and if you'd be doing XVCD format why not just do SVCD?
