Heres my problem, I authored a PAL dvd with spruceup, used IFO edit to set the resolution and aspect ration to 16:9 letterboxed, which I do for all my NTSC conversions. The aspect ratio displays fine on my computer through Powerdvd but not on my NTSC TV. Is there some setting on my tv or dvd that can fix this, or do I need to convert all my PAL's to NTSC. I already tried switching the dvd tv output to pal and multi but that didn't work, went all black and white on me, the NTSC setting looks fine. Thanks.

I had the same problem too. The sides get cut off. It's the height which is 100%, when it should be the width. Then you'd just get a black bar at the top and bottom where there was no picture.
Any suggestions?
