DVD-RW and Daewoo 3000n

Has anybody gotten the 3000n to recognise a DVD-rw?, If so which kind? I have tried several and can't get it to recognise and the DVD players guide says it should. Thanks for any help!!

The reports in the DVD players guides are from users who may or may not have known what they were talking about. I too have a Daewoo 3000N and haven't gotten any DVD-RW to work in it.

A huge chunk of those reviews are outright wrong. Not only will this 3000N play DVDs from any region, there is no Macrovision on it, plays standard and nonstandard VCDs and SVCDs, but it also plays those shitty Princo DVD-Rs that nothing else plays.

If you expect this player to perform like a $1,000 super-unit, your expectations need radical adjustment. However, for US$99, it does a shitload of stuff even your best name-brand player won't do.

I speak as an owner of this player! Can I get an amen?!
