Just upgraded computer to a soyo p41, 1.8pent4 with firewire built in. My old Rage maxx fury is not working well under xp with no help from ATI. So I think I will buy a new card. Money is not really an object and have no real interest in tv i/o. Not really sure I need a card with firewire built in or not since mb has it already??? Any suggestions out there?

Ok i'll play your little game ....
What card do YOU want?
What will be the main usage ? Games / CAD / Graphics / home theatre ?!
What res/refresh will you run at?
What type of monitor do you have?
I have (on my video computer) a 16 Mb matrox G400 dual head and am very happy with it.
One output goes to a 21" monitor running 1280*1024*32 @ 85Hz and the other goes to my projection TV. The dual head will also allow 2 monitors at different res/refresh to be used.
Since i have little time for gaming now that i am into the video gig, the 16Mb on the card is more than sufficient.
RECOMEND : either the - MATROX G450 or G550 dual head cards -
Oh I know....
You want a Diamond Stealth 2D card with 2 Megs of VRam. OOOOO just think of what you could do with 256 colors at 800x600.
