I burned a VCD with an encode rate 1150kb/sec and it run not good on my VCD player NAPA.
Please if enybody knows how can I encode with a biggest encode rate because I supouse that it will run better.

Ok do a search for Napa on this site people have had problems with the NAPA playing standard vcd bitrates

I agree. Do a search as the NAPA problems have come up before and some people have found some solutions...
If I remember correctly, some people got it working by encoding the video at 1120 kbit/s ??
