Ok, here goes a second Loveing time. Love it when all my text gets defuckingleted.
I downloaded an svcd today in bin/cue format. I tried burning them to an SVCD (using the instructions on this very page), however that did not work. I tried Nero, CDRwin and Fireburner. None of them seemed to like my Sony CD burner, though. So, instead I tried extracting the mpegs directly from the bin. This worked, however the mpegs did not work. When I try to play them the player simply crashes. So I tried again and again, extracting them in all sorts of different ways. Didn't work. So this forum is my last hope.
Any and all help would be appreciated.

I got to be honest, I haven't ever had that problem. I would suggest trying a different SVCD. Good Luck

Hi What brand dvd player you have ?? Depend on capture to avi then convert to mpeg by Tmpegnc then go to nero burn it ??/ Not sure what you mean??

You can convert the bin to mpg. Then try to play it with media player or a software dvd player. If this does not work, probably the downloaded file is corrupt.

You need to get vcdgear (should be in the tools section).
Point it at the mpg file you pulled off of the CD. Choose
dat -> mpg conversion (I know it's not a dat file, but it's formatted like one).....
That will give you an mpg file that you can then use to watch with DVD software, burn with vcdimager or nero, or whatever you want.
