Fastfoward/Rewind

HI !!!!
I am owner of APEX-500w so Not work on fw/rw but it does playing svcd look wonderful nicer picture also works good on pause,slow motion .....
I use TMPEGnc from avi for mpeg2 then took bin out imagegu. Put bin to nero ext file and burning for svcd from nero and play on apex not work ff and rw so any suggest for best way.
I am not sure which .cue or .bin to put in nero ext file. There not information enough how to do. Is that APEX 500w not work on ff and rw for svcd??

Ok when I burn svcd on cdrw from Nero with .bin in Nero ext file for fastfoward or rewind so not work dvd player after burn on cdrw. I am not sure which bin or cue from VCDImagerGui to Nero ext file before burn on cdrw. Or is apex -550w support fastfoward or rewind on svcd cdrw or cd-r
