    hi i was wondering if i could play SVCD discs that i burn on the toshiba SD1200 player because i saw sevral compatibility sheets that say it can play SVCD but whenever i put a SVCD disc in it says disc error but it is on a CD-RW that i have burned vcds on many times and they have played fine. any help will be greatly appreishiated.

    Never worked for me. I tried converting an SVCD to an "VCD" w/ some the guides out there but I didn't work.
