Please help - Joining

Hi !

1:
I have some DV AVI files and want to join them,
also I want to cut some FRAMES (not seconds) in
the beginning and the end!
And I want to do this without to have to encode
it all over again!!!

2:
Is there any good program out there which is able to
do the same (cutting/joining "frame-precise&quot to a
MPEG2 file (encoded with Constant Quality)?
TMPGEnc freezes, VirtualDub won't load the file...

Please help me for I really need these program urgent!!!!

RE 1: Would VirtualDub not do this? Cut the unnecessary frames out, then "direct stream copy" the file.

RE 2: Try bbMPEG. Maybe M2-edit.
