This seems to be a simple problem, I had it several times, but not to easy to fix. If you use DVD2AVI to create d2v file and wav file, some times, video and audio are out of synch gradually. Audio is either several seconds longer than video or several seconds shorter. They say Vob2Audio is better in decoding audio, but I can't set it up on my computer. There is a guide on how to fix it, but I was unable to find it. This is what I do:
Use CoolEdit or WLA to adjust the length of wav file to match the length of the video. I usually use CoolEdit. If the adjustment is only a few seonds, I can hear no difference between two wav files. But it usually takes 30-45 minutes to adjust a 90+ minutes of wav file. Fortunately, I don't have to do it often.
