  1. a short while ago, i came to posess a number of discs formatted in the old DIVX format (the commercial ones, remember?). I do not own a DIVX player, and i was wondering if there was any way i could play the discs on my pc at home or a tv with a normal dvd player. Thanks

  2. I dont think so, they all had encrypted systems that were permanently killed when the company went under. To play the movie, you would have to break the encryption on EVERY disc, they are not the same, each disc is different. This is damn near impossible to do. It would be easier just to download or buy the movies, sorry. I would keep the disc though, if you have children or grandchildren, you could show them the disc,

  5. Would that be "Dead And Buried" digital radio? Low bitrate MP2 streaming that is still described as CD Radio!
