Audio problem on Grundig Xenaro 5100

hello

im having problems with the audio on SOME svcd movies i play on this player.
there is a lot of peeping sound at the start of every disc that has this problem, and it continues throughout the disc randomly.
this does not happen if i try to play it a on pc.

i've tried to burn at a lower speed and even bought a new fancy scart cable in attempt to fix this, but no good

any ideas what could be wrong?

btw the video quality is very good and the player has played everything i have tried, mp3, cd-rw etc.

Hello first thing i don't have an answer to your question,but i would like to ask you something. Do you know how to disable macrovision on the grundig xenaro 5100? If you do know then let me know please!!

I don't think u can disable macrovision on the player itself.
I believe all DVD disc are encoded with macrovision protection. So it would be the disc u would have to edit, if u have a dvd burner that is.
