hi,
i recently got hold of the tarzan DVD,region 1 (ntsc) my problem is this,ive ripped the dvd using smartripper then encoded with dvd2avi and finally produced two svcd disc using tmpgenc,but when playing them back on my dvd players (x-wave and cyberhome) i get a lot of blocks when thibgs move quickly on screen,ie the edges of the characters go all "blurry" when they move.
i created a pal svcd in tmpgenc even though the source is ntsc,is this the proble?

If the source is ntsc, use the ntsc template in TMPGEnc.
