I seem to have a bit of a problem when converting avi's to MPEG1 - VCD standard with TMPEGenc. The file runs through without any problems but when its played back there r a couple of 2-10 second freezes in video only. When I try to encode the files again the same freezes appear exactly the same. I have re-exported the avi's but i get the same problem every time. Only difference is that the freezes are in different places and slightly different lengths. I am a bit of a novice at this at the moment so any help would be accepted.
