  1. Ok. How can i edit the video captured from my digital camera (it records on Digital Video Cassettes), and get it on to vhs?

  2. I hope your camcorder has the DV-IN enabled.

    If your editing software allows you to export your timeline to tape, without having to create a new AVI file, what you can do is:
    - connect the VCR to your camcorder's analog ports.
    - play your timeline.

    If your camcorder has the analog passthrough feature, you might have to turn this off first...I'm not so sure about this as my camcorder doesn't have this feature.

    - record the video in your VCR.

    If your software needs to create a new AVI first, then go ahead and render to a new AVI file. After that, you should be able to 'export video to tape', and again, do the connections/configuration mentioned above.

    Or, you can export the timeline to your camcorder. Then connect the VCR to your camcorder, play the camcorder, record on the VCR.
