I have alot of Nirvana Concerts, most of which are bad quality. Is there any program out there that offers an improvement in quality. If anyone can offer any help with my problem, please email me at SirScrub124@aol.com

  5. tmpgenc has some useful filters built in. the ones u're probably most interested in using are the sharpen, noise reduction, ghost reduction, and color correction filters. they're not used by default.

if the video is blocky u have to go outside of tmpgenc and find a way of using a jpeg block reduction filter for photoshop/paint shop pro/etc. some video editing software can apply these filters.

i'm not an expert on fixing up crappy camcorder stuff, so i'll it for someone else to help u with the details.
