  1. Ok, this is for all you "professional" DVD rippers. I don't know if any of you can answere this or not, because it's hard. But anyways here it goes. I already ripped the DVD, convertered to MPEG 2 (SVCD). When burn w/ Nero, the output only have 1 audio channel, which is the MUSIC and VOCAL. So HOW DO YOU MAKE DUAL CHANNEL ? Just to sum this up. The disc that I've made I only hear the music and vocal. When I press the audio to switch to Karaoke mode (the second channel) just the MUSIC....I CAN'T..There's no 2nd Audio Channel choice enable. It's still the same thing "music and vocal". So anybody out there thinks they're good please help me w/ this. Thanks.

Note: The MPEG 2 file itself I've made with CoolEdit have dual channel. Left speaker is MUSIC and VOCAL. Right speaker is MUSIC ONLY. But when burn and test on a standard DVD I just have MUSIC and VOCAL only.

  3. Striden, Thanks for the reply. For a while I thought there's nobody that would reply to this question. But one more thing. I have that DVD2SVCD but does that program solve my DUAL CHANNEL(Audio) Karaoke problem ?

  4. don't use cooledit. SVCD can have dual stereo audiochannels.
in DVD2SVCD, it has that option in the Convert tab. just check both channel and select your bitrate for the audio. DVD2SVCD will do the rest.
I am sorta busy lately, but I will try to make some time to show you how. Seems like you are not the only one with this difficulty..
