  1. I coverted my DivX to a MPEG-1 using tmepg, and burned it as a vcd using nero...when i put it into nero, it gave me some thing, but i chose to continue and burn ne way. When I put the VCD into my VCD player, I could hear the movie fine but the picture was pick and green lines! I think it was b/c of a codec or somehting, how can i fix it?

  2. It sounds like the mpeg you encoded was not VCD compliant, which was probrably the message that nero gave you. In this case you have made an XVCD which your player may not be capable of playing.

  4. What you have to do is start over with the original avi file, andmake sure you used 1150 cbr for a standard vcd.
As for the color problem do a search there has been threads about pink or purple colors I think there is a setting that you can change in tmpgenc> If I find the post I'll put a link up .

    Hope this helps
