N_m3u8dl-RE fails decryption intermittently mid-download

hello y'all today i downloaded a stream with N_m3u8dl-RE and it would randomly throw "Decryption failed" messages befroe proceeding with the download. I would think it's not the keys since everything else downloaded and decrypted fine, but now i'm left with a folder of mostly decrypted and some encrypted segments.

is there a way within either shaka-packager or N_m3u8dl-RE i can decrypt these segments? the stream was event based i'd have to work with what i managed to grab.
