MBC channels Ok on VLC, why Ko for all others players ?

These MBC Channels links can be opened with VLC Windows without problem :

But it is not the case for :
- Smart IPTV (androidtv)
- Samsung Browser (android mobile)
- Edge Navigator Online Hls tools (pc windows)

I used http or https, tried VLC user-agent, no referer need, even manifest says on 720p but not working.
I don't understand why, and what should be applied for ?

Well they are working fine with 'Video Player MPD/M3U8/M3U/EPG' plugin for chrome and it's variants.

But if you have an android phone, just use the free version of ott navigator
