I'm making a video (or well a couple of them) where I'll have to read some technical stuff from articles in a periodical. I want to be able to underline things as I read or underline important parts of it. I'd like that to ba animated like I've seen in some things on youtube in the past. Anyone have any idea on how I would do this? Thanks
