Handbrake updating from 1.9.2 to latest 1.10.0

Hello,
Recently updated "Hndbrake" program from version 1.9.2 to 1.10.0 version.
Started to check the new program.
Did everything as in the previous (1.9.2) version, tried to make a preview and failed.
Tried several times, failed again.
Tried the previous installation - everything OK.
Looked into the log file - did not understand a thing.
So with your permition, I will try to upload the log file and a screen shot of the setting I used.
What went wrong ?

Video file = mkv, 866kb/s, 1280x720, 23.976 FPS.
Subtitle .ass type, Hebrew.

Answers will be much appreciated.
