  2. Just encode the divx to 29.97 even if the source is 23.976 to start with. I take it this is for a vcd right?

  4. pulldown.exe is a command line tool - open a command window by using the "run" command from the start menu.

Run "cmd.exe" for Win2K or XP and "command.exe" for 98 and ME.

    Just type "pulldown infilename outfilename"

to do the pulldown - couldn't be simpler.
