Indeed, you need an account with the Belgian internet service provider.

And as a subscriber, there's all this content offered for free.

I didn’t think it would be considered a subscription like NETFLIX or AMAZON PRIME VIDEO, for example...

I'm really upset because this video will disappear in 6 days and won’t be available anywhere... :'(
(I needed it to retrieve a part featuring an artist I really admire.)

To put it simply, the site is free as long as you're a subscriber of the internet service provider.
So you don't pay for this service directly, but rather for a PROXIMUS internet plan.
This service is offered for free (it's a replay platform), although there are probably other paid features—but I'm not interested in those.

As for whether there's DRM or not, you'd need to be able to view the video... So I can't say for sure, but I don't think this video is DRM-protected.
