Help downloading a video

i tried download directly in chrome browser, it can be downloaded. then i copy the link above to free download manager(or you can try IDM), it can be downloaded too.

when i pasted the link to yt-dlp, it returns 404 error. but no effect to free download manager, it still downloading.
