N_m3u8DL-RE + Shaka packager download

I try to download a video with this combination but after 1h30min but i don't understand if it is still working or not

N_m3u8DL-RE accept my string ad offer me various resolutions, i choice 1024x576
but after 1h30min this is the situation:

Did i make some mistake?
Windows 10
In the folder of N-m3 i put the shaka-packager.exe for windows
