    For some reason I can decode the same video in 720p format, but I can't in 1080p format. Please help.

    Assuming this is hbo max from your screenshots, you need L1 to get L1 keys. Or you can try playready decryption instead of widevine

    you'll need L1 or SL2000 cdm to get keys for 1080p and above
