is it possible to download streaming files before I started downloading?

The live is still on, and I do have the initial ts link but I started downloading about 21minutes after the streaming started.
wondering if I can download missing 21 minutes before I started extracting?

Probably VPN error or whatever. Anyway. If you claim it works from you, you can edit your N_m3u8DL-RE command to download from past, instead of present

N_m3u8DL-RE "m3u8_url" --live-real-time-merge --live-perform-as-vod --custom-range 00:00:00-00:22:00 --live-pipe-mux -M format=mkv --check-segments-count false

This should download the first 22 minutes. Keep in mind it doesn't work for all sites.
