    Hello Video Steam people! I'm trying to figure out how to download a Facebook Help video under "Submitting For Review" on this page https://developers.facebook.com/docs/resp-plat-initiatives/individual-processes/app-re...bmission-guide. I'm seeing that part of the video URL gets updated with every refresh. I tried --referer and headers with YT-DLP and still cannot figure out the URL it needs. Any guidance on this is appreciated.

    I played around with the Request URL more and was able to get at the video and audio tracks. Many thanks again.

    You can right click on page, view source html page. Then filter for hd_src and copy the URL value. Fix it by unescaping it

    Then you can click on the fixed URL and download the mp4 file.
