    Hi, newbie questions but I'm trying to set up a Panasonic VHs player to my Samsung Smart TV. Audio sounds fine but in the image and video the frames are all over the place and can't seem to figure out why. I had an AV adapter form upscaling to HDMI but same result. Any help or tips is appreciated 👍🏻

    Are you sure you don't have a PAL vs. NTSC problem?

    This is roughly what an SVHS tape looks like when played on VHS. Is it the same on another TV?
