Just need a single episode from a single show...

So I've used a lot of downloaders before for various things online, including yt-dlp (though I usually use an alternative with a gui just because it's easier to remember what I need to do, especially for downloading full playlists).
However the stuff for streaming services like C4 seem to be another level of learning curve, due to (I assume) the DRM and stuff on there. I haven't even been able to find the correct (current) software I'd need or the right download links/code inside the inspection tab. The few solutions I found seemed to require a linux installation (which is not an ideal solution atm).

I debated just setting a screen-capture going, as I only need one single episode (all the others were available on newsgroups, but not this one for some reason). It's for my parents, and I'd hate to disappoint them by not being able to grab this for them to watch when they get the free time. But I figured I'd ask the question here first, maybe someone would have a solution for me that is a bit more accessible!

Ah ok thankyou... so what do I do with that? There's nothing on the yt-dlp github that seems to use any formatting like that. Though there's like .... 20 pages of badly written 'instructions' so I may just be missing it!

Would it just be
