  1. I am extremely new with downloading movies from the internet.... is it possible to burn them onto cd and play in DVD/CD Home theater system??

    Most of the files are in AVI and I can play them on PC but need to know if its possible to watch on normal TV through DVD/CD player

    it is possible but you would have to convert the avi file to a vcd compatible file and burn it as a vcd which can be played in most dvd players.
    Or if you have a dvd writer you could encode it ad a dvd compatible file and burn it as a dvd.
    The programs on the tools page on this site will allow to convert the avi file in such a way.

  3. thanks alot, I am about to look at the help topocs now, first time I have been to this site, vcd right ok...... sounds like I have to do alot of reading lol, next question once i done that what cd writer programme burns vcd, i have easycd creator at the moment, thanks again

    Nero is the best for burning vcd's But i'm sure easy cd creator 5 burns them as well.
