help, converting avi to mpeg crashes my computer

I've tried TEMPGenc, bbmpg, avi2vcd, all 3 will only produce about 3 mins. worth before it crashes. I get a blue screen with error occured...VXD VMM blah blah blah. I've been able to make VCDs out of these small file and watch them, so I really would like to get the entire movie rather than watch 3 mins. only. Whats the problem(s)?

Try udating to the lastest ASPI drivers. It fixed my Blue screen errors.

Goto the Tools Section in the Other menu on the right side of the webpage.

Look threw the list it is there and it does work.

Thanks, but no luck. I still keep getting the blue screen errors. Its weird, its always after about 15 mins in the works.
