hi,
I'm a bit confused as to whether or not there is any bitrate I have to conform to when making mpeg2 files for dvd E.G. 4000 6000 etc. if i want it to be compatible with standard players, or ccan I use any bitrate I like? thanks, any help is appreciated.
once I'm on the topic, - when a bitrate of E.G. 4000, is used, - does that include the audio or is that just the video bitrate? thanks
