Well, I had many problems when I first tried burning SVCDs to play on my JVC XV-S300BK DVD Player. Ok, heres how I got it to work, I suggest you try the same if you are having problems.
.) Convert the cue/bin file to an mpeg with VCDGEAR, you can get it here.
.) Open Nero Burning Rom, you can get it here.. Goto File, then goto New. When the "New Compliation" window pops up, on the list of formats on the left side, select Super Video CD. Once you do that, click the "New" button, it is above Cancel and Wizard (still on the New Compliation window). A new docked window should have opened and should be titled SuperVideo1 or something. Click on that window somewhere. Now goto Edit, then goto Add File. Select the mpeg file that you converted in step 1.
.) Now goto File, then Write CD. A "Write CD" window should pop up; on this window, select the burning speed you want to write at, then click the "Write" button.
.) Let it burn, wait till it finishes, voila - works in your JVC XV-S300BK DVD Player.
