I currently started using FFmpeg Batch Converter and I know very little about the input commands so any help would be very much appriciated.

I download videos for my Plex server but I like to modify them before placing them in my libraries. This is what I'm looking for which I currently have to use 2 different programs to achieve:

Rename unidentified audio track to English
Remove all audio Tracks that are not English
Keep forced English subtitles
Remove all subtitles not forced
Mux Video and Audio to MKV with no conversion
