    When I upload avi to Virtualdub it writes that audio and video file has variale birtrate and to save it to uncompresed WAV or recompresed to MP3 whit CBR. When I do that and make VCD or SVCD the audio in film is stoping (breaking) every second ant like that throuaut the film-

    Load the avi in Vdub. Audio >> Full processing mode then File >> Save wav. This will be a big uncompressed wav, and it WILL work. You are likely saving a compressed wav. Check the size. Typically it should be ~ 1GB.

  3. Try using Nandub instead Virtualdub. Nandub handles VBR MP3 files, VirtualDub doesn't!!!
