I think all my quality problems would be gone if ATI would just support this setting.
or anything over 240.
I know there's a tweak for capturing SVCD at a higher size, so how about AVI?

Look for Stinky's Tool on this site or www.doom9.org. That should allow for variable rates which you can also make under the "Custom" template.
